Tamara is an Associate in the Corporate Real Estate team, specialising in the retail property sector. Tamara serves a diverse and prestigious client base that includes national retailers such as Wilko, Games Workshop, Motorsport Vision, Boots, and Frasers Group. Before joining the team at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ LLP in 2021, Tamara developed seven years of experience in the commercial property law sector. This experience has equipped Tamara with the skills necessary to navigate the complexities of retail, leisure and logistic property transactions and provide strategic guidance to clients.

Tamara's practice is distinguished by a holistic and strategic approach to a wide range of retail property-related matters but mainly focusing on advising, negotiating and managing commercial leases and regears, as well as providing general landlord and tenant advice for volume retailers and luxury brands. Her work offers invaluable insights and guidance to ensure that her clients' interests are protected and their legal obligations are met. 

Tamara also takes the role of “Green Champion”, playing a pivotal role in advancing environmental sustainability within the realm of real estate leading clients towards more environmentally friendly and sustainable operations. Tamara advises on the implementation of the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) and sustainability practices, ensuring her client’s green lease agenda is both understood and effectively implemented across their leases.
