Property asset tracker

Our online property portfolio and asset tracker is designed to help you manage your estate, whatever your sector and expertise, at the push of a button.

On a bespoke basis, we can:

  1. Upload your freehold and leasehold title deeds and associated property documents such as leases, licences and Land Registry documents;
  2. Detail the key terms of your occupational documents such as details of the parties, term, rent, break clauses and key dates; and
  3. Provide you with automated key date reminders so you can keep track of critical dates such as:
  • Lease expiry dates;
  • Break dates; and
  • Rent review dates.

All of the above information can be tailored to your specific needs – whatever key information you want to know regarding your estate, we can provide on our asset tracker. Your data will be securely stored and only accessible by people of your choosing. 

We have already created asset tracker sites for a number of clients, including:

  1. An NHS Trust with over 90 freehold and leasehold properties;
  2. A leading construction consultant, for tracking details of their worldwide lease and licence occupations (for project office locations and regional offices); and

Fees

Depending on the size of your property portfolio, a small set-up fee would be payable for each property, which will vary depending on whether it is freehold or leasehold and the amount of information you would want to be inputted into the tracker.
