�������ϲ�����’s intellectual property (IP) lawyers have again been ranked in the latest  (WTR) 1000 - the independent guide of leading trade mark experts, across key jurisdictions around the globe.

The UK & Ireland law firm maintained its silver ranking in the enforcement and litigation category. The firm was also recommended for its transactional work and ranked in the prosecution and strategy category.

In the latest guide, one key client praises the firm for being “truly excellent to work with” and for being “extremely thorough, incredibly detail oriented, dedicated and pragmatic”.

In addition to the firm accolade, the practice also has seven of its specialist IP lawyers and litigators named in the recommended individual practitioner category. This includes partner and head of the firm’s UK&I commercial and IP practice, Declan Cushley. Declan is rated for giving “clear, well-considered advice and good judgement”, and for being “quite simply a fantastic commercial adviser.” Partner and head of the firm’s high tech patent litigation practice, Mark Daniels is considered “extremely strategic” and a “fantastic litigator”. IP partners, Giles Parsons and Selina Hinchliffe, Trade mark litigator, Bonita Trimmer and senior associate IP lawyer Faye McConnell are also ranked whilst partner Nick Smee has made his debut in this year’s guide.
