Our digital health team is made up of lawyers specialising in complex ICT business change and transformation programmes, procurement law experts, public law experts and corporate law experts, all of whom have deep industry knowledge and insight into the health and social care sector.

We support our clients in navigating the complexities of the regulatory, commercial, technical operational and financial issues that can arise.
Our multi-disciplinary team help individual organisations and ICSs to develop corporate structures and design contract delivery models as part of the strategic advice on design and approach for the most effective routes to market and service delivery models in order to meet their digital aims and requirements.

AI in HealthTech
As the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotic process automation becomes more prevalent within digital solutions, our expert team assists our clients to identify and mitigate risk through solution-oriented and pragmatic advice focused on the delivery of objectives. This includes advice on contract structures and delivery models including agile delivery methodology.
Strolll: HealthTech for rehabilitation
We are proud to have worked with Strolll on contracts for their ground-breaking augmented reality (AR) technology, which helps Parkinson's disease patients regain independence by improving their strength and mobility. With Strolll's vision, this AR technology will also positively impact healthcare service providers and support patients with a wider range of neurological disorders.
