We want to create equal opportunities to ensure that the legal sector represents all voices. Our FAIRE initiatives is designed to create Fairer Access Into Real Experience, revolutionising the opportunities open to people from lower socio-economic and minority backgrounds who wish to pursue a career in the legal sector.

Our Associate Barrister Kiera Riddy explains, "When I was on the Bar course, it was very much assumed that I was a trust fund child with my mum and dad paying for the course and for me to live in a nice flat. But, I was working almost 30 hours a week alongside my studies and trying to stay afloat. If I鈥檇 had a paid placement, that would have ticked off so many different elements. Not having to stress about the financial side of things, it鈥檚 an incredible thing to offer and it鈥檚 why employers鈥 commitment to social mobility is so important."

鈥淎t 澳门六合彩资料, the work environment is very positive and collaborative and there is a lot of support from the whole team, especially for new starters.鈥 There is a very active social programme for trainees, as well as away-days for all teams which allow colleagues to connect with each other outside of the office. We are all committed to working for the firm because we know the firm is committed to supporting us,鈥 Trainee Solicitor Natasha Leo describes.

鈥淏eing able to create, develop and maintain relationships is integral as you go through the ranks,鈥 explains Partner Ryan Brown. 鈥淓nabling people is one of the things 澳门六合彩资料 is fantastic at. If you are willing, ambitious, and work hard, 澳门六合彩资料 will give you a platform to achieve your aspirations.鈥

澳门六合彩资料 values broad perspectives that can help it best serve its clients. Jo joined the firm a year ago as our first Procurement Manager, which was also her first role in the legal sector. 鈥淚 chose to move to the legal sector because it seems to be ahead of the curve when it comes to ESG matters. There is a high bar for these issues because a law firm鈥檚 success depends on its reputation.鈥

Our Trainee Solicitor Natasha Leo was a former Clinical Scientist in the NHS. 鈥淚n my NHS role, I had a hand in a lot of the legislative side of things, and this set me on the path I鈥檝e taken to the legal profession,鈥 Natasha explains.
