澳门六合彩资料鈥檚 intellectual property practice has again been ranked in one of the world's leading guides to intellectual property (IP) firms and practitioners.

The national firm has been ranked in for its contentious trade mark and contentious patent expertise.

The research for IP Stars covers over 75 jurisdictions and is carried out over a six-month period by a team of researchers who obtain information from law firms, IP agencies and in-house counsel through surveys and interviews.

In addition to the firm ranking, Declan Cushley, head of the firm鈥檚 Commercial & IP team and IP partners Cerryg Jones and Mark Daniels were all individually ranked as trade mark stars. Mark was also ranked individually as a patent star. IP partner Giles Parsons and IP senior associate Nick Smee are currently ranked as rising stars.

Declan Cushley, commented:

"I am delighted that we have again been recognised for the strength and breadth of our trade mark and patent work and experience.

鈥淭he IP market is a challenging and ever changing place but we have been able to respond to those challenges effectively and continue to offer our client base high quality strategic advice on a broad range of matters which has resulted in our clients being able to achieve their own business objectives.鈥
