�������ϲ����� have confirmed their involvement in The UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), which is set to take place between 16-18 May in Leeds.

The UK & Ireland law firm operates in many sectors, such as, Construction and Real Estate, Education, Energy and Infrastructure, Financial Services & Insurance, Government, Manufacturing and Industrial, Retail, Consumer and Logistics and Not for Profit and Charities.

As well as �������ϲ����� taking a spot in The UKREiiF exhibition hall, where over 6,000 investors, developers, local authorities and occupiers will visit over the course of the three days, Partner, Laura Hughes, will be chairing a headline panel session on taking devolution further.

The panel session, which will also involve Andy Street, Mayor, West Midlands Combined Authority; Vivienne Clements – Executive Director, HBD; Jessica Bowles – Director of Strategy, Bruntwood; Mel Barrett – Chief Executive, Nottingham City Council; and Oliver Coppard – Mayor, South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority; will discuss whether devolution is necessary for meeting regeneration challenges or whether it will be a tool to be used sparingly.  

�������ϲ����� are currently advising Derbyshire County Council, Derby City Council, Nottinghamshire County Council and Nottingham City Council on the proposed creation of the first Combined County Authority, which is a new model of combined authority, and in respect of which considerations of regeneration and development are key issues.
