Amba is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Disputes team. Navigating the complex landscape of contentious matters with a keen eye for detail and resolution, she stands at the intersection of legal expertise and sector-wide versatility. Her journey into commercial disputes began upon qualification, deepened by prior experiences at both a corporate and commercial firm and a magic circle firm. Her growing profile within the legal industry is evidenced by being ranked as an Associate to Watch by Chambers (2024) and a Leading Associate by Legal 500 (2024).
Amba’s role as a Senior Associate in the Commercial Disputes Resolution team is characterised by a commitment to resolving disputes across a spectrum of industries. Beyond the realms of energy, retail, and technology, her expertise extends to pivotal sectors such as manufacturing and logistics, alongside advising local authorities, educational institutions, and NHS trusts.
Amba is also deputy of our Food and Drink group and Co-Chair of the Education Shadow Board within the Education Target Market Group.
Amba tackles a comprehensive range of challenges, from contractual and tortious claims to misrepresentation claims, supplier and consumer disputes, insolvency issues, and breaches of restrictive covenants. Her approach is tailored, informed by a broad understanding of various sectors, ensuring that every client receives nuanced and effective legal guidance.
