Advising an ABL provider and subsequent administrators on the administration of Supremia °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ Limited, including sale of US and Russian subsidiaries, enforcement of guarantees in Hong Kong, commencing litigation in the US, dealing with insolvent Belgian group companies, and funding lines, managing trading of Mexican and Chinese subsidiaries to enable the ABL provider to be repaid in full.
Advisory – Restructuring Plans
Advising stakeholders on the restructuring plans, including that proposed by Nasmyth Group, the implications on the structure suggested and on its subsequent rejection by the Court.
Administration Advisory/Sale – Automotive Sector
Advising on the administrations of Tier One Automotive Suppliers and assisting financiers on the injection of ABL funding during the administration.
