Ben is a Senior Associate in the commercial digital and sourcing team in °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ’s London office. Ben has over seven years of private practice and in-house experience advising clients on complex and cross-border commercial, technology and data protection matters.
Ben provides legal advice to clients across multiple industries, with a particular focus on the financial services, insurance and technology sectors. Having worked in several in-house legal counsel roles at Samsung, Mercer and Deloitte, Ben has a unique understanding of client’s needs and his strengths lie in his ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and deliver concise, tailored legal advice.
Ben has a wealth of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology contracts and assisting clients with remediating in response to legislative changes. Ben regularly advises on the following areas: supply chain optimisation and rationalisation; licensing arrangements; operational risk and contractual compliance; business process outsourcing; corporate and technology due diligence; data protection compliance; and strategic alliance and reseller arrangements. Ben also has advised clients on AI and disruptive technologies and has supported strategies to implement technology within legal solutions.
