Jonathan is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Health and Social Care team, specialising in real estate transactional work. He has over twelve years’ experience advising clients in both the public and private sector. His clients include NHS bodies, local authorities, occupiers, developers, investors, banks and borrowers.
Jonathan advises on a wide range of real estate transactions including property development, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues, corporate support and secured lending. He has been on secondment to a local authority client to provide strategic advice and assistance with their property portfolio.
