Julie is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Corporate Real Estate team. Julie carries out a wide variety of real estate work, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, lease management, funding and development matters.

Julie works for all different types of clients, but specialises in health and life sciences work, acting for many NHS providers and commissioners and other independent healthcare providers in estate management matters and capital projects.  

Julie also heads up our telecoms team, acting for a wide variety of landowners across all sectors in granting Telecoms Code Agreements to telecoms operators.
