Kyleigh is an Associate in our specialist maternity team. She joined the firm in 2023 and manages a caseload of high-value, complex birth injury claims on behalf of NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts.
Since qualifying in 2011, Kyleigh has dedicated her career to representing the NHS, initially in healthcare advisory law and then specialising in clinical negligence in 2015. She is experienced in managing pre-action and litigated clinical negligence claims and is committed to achieving the best outcomes through a collaborative and empathetic approach.
Kyleigh has a particular interest in working with the NHS to improve maternity safety and has assisted with preparing training for collaborative events to share learning between healthcare professionals and NHS Trusts, including the impact of language barriers in maternity care and fetal monitoring from a claims perspective.
