Rebecca works within our development and housing team and specialises in commercial, residential and mixed-use developments, infrastructure and regeneration schemes. She acts on all aspects from site acquisition, including joint venture and collaboration agreements, through the development process to investment sales and financing.
Rebecca acts for both public sector bodies and private developers and investors on complex projects and particularly enjoys the project management aspects of coordinating a legal team to meet her clients’ objectives.

Client - Regeneration of 45 hectare site
Advising on a broad range of regeneration and other development and disposal matters as lead property and development lawyer, most recently in respect of the £60m regeneration of a 45 hectare site, to include a major access road and over 1,000 homes.
Nottinghamshire County Council - Procurement
Advising Nottinghamshire County Council on all property aspects of its procurement of a private sector partner to operate and develop the National Water Sports Centre.

Acting for a private sector developer on the acquisition, development and disposal of over £50m of property (developed value) in 2014-15, for residential and mixed-use purposes.

Advised W Westerman Limited (Westerman Homes) on the sale of substantial landholdings to Peveril Homes and Peveril Securities, part of the Bowmer + Kirkland Group, for an undisclosed sum.
