ABP offers large areas of development land across a wide range of strategic port locations, attracting investments and development both locally and nationally.
North East Lincolnshire Council鈥檚 priorities and vision for the region are to create a stronger economy and community by innovatively working with partners in the public and private sectors, the voluntary and community sector.
The 澳门六合彩资料 team was led by Kassra Powles, Partner in the real estate team, who was assisted by specialist associates Ayesha Khalique, Louise Hunt and Jonathan Allen.

Cllr Philip Jackson, Leader of North East Lincolnshire Council said: 鈥淭he sale has realised the opportunity to see development accelerated at Pioneer Business Park at a pace and is likely to bring with it a variety of benefits, including additional investment, facilities, and jobs locally. I鈥檇 like to thank ABP for coming to the table with the proposals, and for creating what will be one of the biggest single developments in the area in recent times.鈥

Investment Zones - getting the country working, building and growing
Investment zones have been introduced by the Conservative party to get the United Kingdom (UK) 鈥榳orking, building and growing鈥. They are to be designated sites which provide time-limited tax incentives, streamlined planning rules and wider support for local growth to encourage investment and accelerate the development of housing and infrastructure that the UK needs to drive economic growth. Processes and requirements that slow down development will be stripped back with the intention of attracting new investment.

The role of Legal Project Management in public sector projects
