UK and Ireland law firm °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ has advised the shareholders of fire suppression manufacturer and supplier DAS Fire Ltd on its strategic acquisition by Alpine Fire, marking a significant consolidation in the fire safety sector.
Founded in 2013, DAS Fire Limited (DAS Fire) has established itself as a market leader in providing cutting-edge fire detection and suppression solutions to the data centre market across the UK and Ireland. The company's comprehensive service offering encompasses bespoke design, installation, maintenance, and support tailored specifically to the complex requirements of data centres.
Established in 1992, Alpine Fire has grown to become the UK's leading ESG fire suppression system specialist, demonstrating remarkable growth from £14m to £60m turnover and expanding its workforce to over 130 professionals in the past five years. The company is renowned for leveraging state-of-the-art design technology to deliver solutions that are not only compliant and cost-effective but also environmentally conscious.
This strategic acquisition enhances Alpine Fire's technical capabilities while facilitating expansion into a new, complex market segment. As part of the agreement, DAS Fire's management team will continue to lead operations, alongside their existing team of 24 specialists, ensuring continuity and expertise.
